Ferrari 250 GTO hammer form and egg crate buck created

A project undertaken on our own account and available for purchase on a very limited scale of up to two per year. This buck was designed after 3D scanning two original vehicles and features every requirement a body maker could think of to ensure as perfect a body as possible is created in aluminium. 3D Engineers work featured at major car events, museums and heritage trusts

Our work has now been exhibited at Goodwood Revival, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Retromobile (Paris), Essen Techno Classica (Germany) and the NEC Classic Car show in the Midlands. Furthermore it continues to be shown at The Bugatti Trust (Prescott Hill) and Aston Martin Owners Club HQ. AS Motorsport DBR morphs into a bespoke version of the DBR1 courtesy of Fine Sports Cars

Fine Sports Cars of San Diego in California have shown at the 2014 Scottsdale show a car morphed from  a 3D Engineers design for British firm and long time DBR replica manufacturer AS Motorsport. Body designed and buck created for 1920’s Bentley chassis

Working to client instructions and aware of period detail required, we recently completed the body design for a racing car that uses a Bentley chassis. The buck used metal profiles to greater aid definition for louvres and was split into four sections to enhance available workshop space. Furthermore, two third-scale models of the buck were created.
